Terms of service
Kaptura is offered to businesses conducting field inspections and audits. Each initial account has one named operator; teams, public API access, and regulated-use support are not included.
The Free plan includes 50 monthly credits. Starter is $29 per month for 500 monthly credits. Extra credit packs cost $10 for 250 credits. One credit covers 5 MB of accepted submission data, including attachments.
Payment processing and subscription management are handled by Stripe-hosted pages. Renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, credit expiry, and contractual limitations require the reviewed terms before paid service is enabled.
