Kaptura processes account details, inspection records and attachments, billing-provider identifiers, and limited security events to provide and protect the service. Kaptura does not receive full payment-card numbers.
Customers should not use Kaptura for health, biometric, payment-card, children’s, government, or other regulated data in the initial offering.
Requests about access, export, correction, or deletion can be sent to support@kaptura.online. Requests are reviewed before action so one account never affects another.
Retention, state-specific rights, subprocessor terms, and deletion procedures will be finalized in the reviewed version of this notice.
