When you create or use an account, Kaptura may collect business contact details, authentication information, inspection content and attachments supplied by the customer, billing-provider identifiers, and limited security records.
We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide inspections and exports, process billing through Stripe, respond to support requests, and investigate abuse or service issues. See the Privacy notice for the draft of the fuller explanation.
